All you need to know about the workshops

The workshop is facilitated by Daniel Beckitt, who, after meeting Wim Hof, was inspired to deepen his knowledge and expertise in cold exposure and breathing.

Daniel also combines Shamanic methods and aromatherapy and sound techniques to enhance the connection with the inner self of participants and put them in a deeper level of relaxation and concentration.

The Fundamentals Workshop will be performed in an intimate, 6 people group, to assure confidentiality, safety and full connection and personal attention of the instructor to all attendees.
