The workshop is facilitated by Daniel Beckitt, who, after training with Wim Hof, was inspired to deepen his knowledge and expertise in cold exposure and breathing.

Daniel shares his knowledge and techniques based on years of research, training and self-development work. We introduce awareness techniques and exercises that can be implemented in day-to-day life.

Daniel Beckitt takes you through powerful breathwork & cold exposure techniques based on years of mastering and shaping his unique approach. His training is designed to bring meaningful, long-lasting changes in your life that awaken peacefulness & power from within.

Daniel as a Shamanic Practitioner, also combines methods and sound & aromatherapy practices to enhance the relationship with the inner self of participants and put them in a deeper level of relaxation and concentration.

The  Workshop is facilitated in an intimate Mongolian yurt, with a maximum capacity of 6 people to assure confidentiality, safety and full connection and personal attention of the instructor to all attendees.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is suitable for everyone but does require a basic level of health. We advise against the participation of children under 16yrs, during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the power breathwork & cold therapy.

Sol Haven Permaculture farm is set in a relaxed, natural environment in Moulton, Northamptonshire. Fundamental Workshops take place in an intimate Mongolian Yurt.

Food: A vegan treat will be provided post ice bath along with a hot herbal tea. Mineral water is also provided.

1. What is The Boreas Transformation Experience?

Powerful breathwork and cold therapy are a form of natural optimisation of your body and mind through continuous practice. Both cold exposure and breathwork are a core of Boreas Transformation Experience and provide numerous benefits. You can experience an overall improvement in physical and mental health and relieve symptoms from chronic autoimmune conditions. Consistent practice can reward you with stable energy levels throughout the day, quicker recovery, better stress/anxiety responses and many more.

2. How many people can participate in the workshop class?

To assure full attention and connection with all participants, our  workshop is facilitated in a group of up to 6 people. If you would like to enquire about a private event, please visit our private events page.

3. What sensations will I experience during power breathing exercises?

During power breathing exercises, you can experience light-headedness, tingling sensations throughout your body, ear ringing, constant urge to yawn, tightening up of your fingers and more. Please keep in mind that everybody is unique and reacts differently to the power-breathing method. You may not experience any sensations at all.

4. What are Twilight Sessions?

Twilight Sessions are available for members who have completed the Transformation Experience and they take part every month. It gives you the opportunity to deepen your practice in a group of like-minded people.

5. What health problems/conditions restrict me from taking part in your workshop?

Our workshops are suitable for everyone but do require a basic level of health. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting.

In some cases, a 1-2-1 is more appropriate (if approved by a medical professional).

Health forms and personal liability forms must be fully completed and signed before participating. We are fully insured and most of the team are first aid qualified.

6. Are your workshops safe for me, if I’m pregnant?

We advise against practising power breathwork & cold therapy during pregnancy. The oxygen intake and cold therapy can immensely increase adrenaline levels, which can affect both your and your baby’s health. You’re more than welcome to join us after the birth.

7. Can I skip the ice bath part?

Both breath work and ice baths are optional and none of our instructors will force you to do anything that you don’t feel comfortable with. We assure a safe and responsible environment to learn and practice the cold exposure, hence you’ll have an opportunity to try cold therapy in guided, safe settings. Whether you want to skip this part or try ice bath only partially (e.g. legs, hands, arms only), we’ll be happy to assist.

8. What do I have to bring?

All you need is comfortable clothing, a bottle of water, a swimsuit and a towel. We’ll take care of yoga mats, yoga blocks and everything else needed to get the most out of the session. At the end of the workshop, you’ll be provided with a vegan treat and a hot drink of your choice.

9. How do I have to prepare?

You don’t have to prepare before our workshops but we advise you to gradually introduce cold showers, preferably 1 week before the course. We also advise eating light, if at all, a day before the workshop. During our classes, we will demonstrate safe breathing and cold therapy techniques that can be continued at home.

10. How long does the workshop last?

Our Boreas Healing Fundamentals workshop will last approximately 3.5 hours.
